Due to the continued growth of our company, Finch & Beak is expanding its team. We are currently looking for a Student Data Entry (part-time).

The position at Finch & Beak, a leading European sustainability consultancy, represents an interesting opportunity for a bachelor’s student who is looking for a hands-on, flexible job opportunity next to their studies. The role is based in Barcelona, where we are located at OneCoWork, Plaça Catalunya.

At Finch & Beak, you will take the lead in making sure our databases are always complete and up to date. You will be responsible for maintaining client records, connecting insights from business intelligence platforms and marketing channels.

Required knowledge and experience

  • Familiarity with various software and cloud-based programs (MS Office365, Zoho CRM)
  • Interest in international business environment, marketing, and sustainability
  • Ability to work under time constraint

Skills and personality

  • Pro-active and flexible
  • Attention to detail
  • Professional level in English (written and speech) is mandatory

Responsibilities

  • Updating our client databases
  • Quality control and entering data into database software
  • Analyzing patterns in datasets
  • Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for completion
  • Responding to information requests from team members
